What Was Your Daily Dosage?
I took 10mL of the apetamin syrup ONCE a day for TWO weeks.
How Long After You Took Your Dose Did You Start To Get Hungry?
I took apetamin 30 minutes before eating a meal. I never noticed that I was HUNGRY; I just ate until I felt full. Sometimes I’d eat one plate of food and feel full, other times I could eat two plates and dessert before feeling full.
When Did You Start Seeing Results?
By the end of the first week I noticed that I gained some weight, but I didn’t check how much. I stopped taking apetamin at the end of the second week and then I weighed myself. I gained 17-20 pounds in the two weeks that I took the supplement.
How Many Calories Did You Eat While Taking It?
I didn’t track my calories. However, I did notice that I ate double the meals and still had an appetite for snacks and dessert.
Did It Make You Tired?
YES! It is true I took apetamin ONCE a day and still experienced being super tired and groggy.
Did You Work out?
No. Not working out while taking apetamin was my biggest mistake. I practiced light yoga and went for the occasional run on the elliptical, but I should have been weight training with a personal trainer to get the results that I was looking for.
What Was Your Starting and End Weight?
I was 98-100 pounds before I started taking apetamin and 117-120 pounds when I stopped.
How Tall Are You?
Do You Recommend Apetamin?
I do not recommend apetamin for anyone under the age of 21 or before 21 don’t use. I highly recommend speaking to a doctor about starting the supplement BEFORE you do so.
Where Did You Buy It?
I bought two bottles of apetamin from an online apetamins syrup and pills website that is now closed. I do not know where you can purchase it.
Will You Take Apetamin Again?
Yes! I’m currently 118-120 pounds and I want to be 130-135 pounds by the end of 2019. I plan on restarting my journey in November 2019. If you’d like me to blog my next apetamin journey then please comment below!
